A true blessing

I obtained Earl Jackson as my attorney to get my child back, I am in another state so I had to search high and low to find someone that I felt could help me in such a stressful time of my life. Someone I could trust being so far from me, after all the future of my daughter was in the hands of this person I had never met face to face but only spoke with over the phone. After talking with him and listening to what he had to say I knew he was my only hope. He assured me he was the man for the job and he proved himself to be that plus much much more.

Earl Jackson is not just an attorney, this is his livelihood, he jumps in head first and goes to work to help you get the justice you deserve.

Everyone in his office is so friendly and courteous, Stacey was absolutely amazing in every way. Though I was several hundred miles away they made me feel so comfortable and gave me a sense of security because I knew though I wasn’t there with my daughter while she was gone she wasn’t alone because she had these amazing people fighting for her with me and she didn’t even know it.

I will forever be grateful for what this man has done for myself, my family and especially my little girl.  (This is who I did it for – the little girl. If I die tonight, I will have saved a life.)

This man saved my kids life and mine. I was going through a nasty divorce, my soon to be ex husband tried to take my children from me and just turn my life upside down. Between Earl Jackson and his assistant Stacey they both made sure that didnt happen. I couldnt be more greatful than I am today. Not only did Earl fight for me in court he took the time to listen and understand the whole situation. I didnt have alot of money and still they both cared. I’ve spoke with Stacey almost everyday and she is so sweet and understanding I couldn’t have chosen a better firm. This team is well worth it. As a matter of fact I still speak with Stacey today. The Man who can!

I first met Earl Jackson when he worked my divorce. Now he and his assistant Stacy are more than just a legal team, I consider them to be my close friends . Earl and his assistant Stacy were beyond helpful at a time when I was a young man going through what was the worst time of my life Earl did his absolute best to make sure I was going to get his A-game.He made sure I understood what was going on. He made certain that I was comfortable with what was happening with my case. He fought for everything I wanted. When I tell you my divorce was difficult just imagine trying to carry an ice cube across the sun and keeping it cold. In the end I got more than I thought I could. Later Earl and I teamed up again for the custody case for my son. Listen if you want someone who will treat your case like it’s theirs then you want Earl. Earl Jackson took my case personally. When I felt like I couldn’t go on Earl encouraged me to sleep on it and call him in the morning. You see he truly wanted to help me get my child. He didn’t want to see me quit and I knew it wasn’t about money. It was about helping put a young child into a better situation, I can say that he went into that court room and swung for the fence. Made a difficult situation better

My wife filed for divorce and drama was the name of her game. My ex-wife accused me of being cruel and abusive, Earl shut that down fast and got it changed to no fault. When my ex-wife tried to play games with custody due to a poorly written Judge’s Order, Earl got that fixed in record time during the Holidays. At times, he and his paralegal, Stacey, told me to settle down and that things would be handled, which they were. If you have an ex-spouse that is playing games, Earl will fix that problem fast. His office was always prompt at getting back to me. Billing was fair and start forward.
